A malmot végül 1927-ben lebontották, a területet pedig nyolc telekre osztották fel. A Bem rakpart 25/B alatt álló épületet Jakobik Gyula építész tervezte. A Budapesti Takarékpénztár ötszintes Bauhaus stílusú bérházát 1935-ben adták át. […]
