Az Erzs\u00e9bet k\u00f6r\u00fat 17. \u00e9p\u00fclete azon k\u00f6r\u00fati h\u00e1zak k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik, amely az \u00e9vtizedek sor\u00e1n fokozatosan v\u00e1ltozott. Az 1860-as \u00e9vekben a telken \u00e1ll\u00f3 f\u00f6ldszintes h\u00e1z hely\u00e9re 1870-ben k\u00e9temeletes, majd 1889-ben h\u00e1romemeletes h\u00e1zat \u00e9p\u00edtettek. Ez ut\u00f3bbi \u00e9p\u00fclet tulajdonosa Dr. Weisz Izidor orvos lett, aki az Erzs\u00e9bet k\u00f6r\u00fat 8. <\/a>alatti \u00e9p\u00fcletet is terveztette. Az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sz is azonosak a k\u00e9t h\u00e1z eset\u00e9ben: mindkett\u0151 Paulheim J\u00f3zsef tervez\u00e9s\u00e9ben k\u00e9sz\u00fclt, b\u00e1r a 17-es sz\u00e1mn\u00e1l nem z\u00e1rhatjuk ki Hudetz J\u00e1nos k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t sem.<\/p>\n

A h\u00e1z v\u00e9g\u00fcl 1927-ben nyerte el mai k\u00e9p\u00e9t, amikor \u00c1goston Man\u00f3, a Magyar Kaucsuk Rt. vez\u00e9rigazgat\u00f3ja \u00e9s feles\u00e9ge, Popper L\u00edvia megb\u00edz\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l elk\u00e9sz\u00fclt a k\u00e9t emeletnyi \u00e1r\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s, \u00edgy \u00f6sszesen \u00f6temeletess\u00e9 t\u00e9ve a h\u00e1zat. Ezt a legut\u00f3bbi tervet \u00c1goston (Adler) G\u00e9za \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sz, \u00c1goston (Adler) Emil<\/a> testv\u00e9re k\u00e9sz\u00edtette – ut\u00f3bbinak t\u00f6bb h\u00e1za is szerepelt m\u00e1r a Budapest100 programjaiban. Mivel a mellette \u00e1ll\u00f3 h\u00e1rom emeletes h\u00e1zn\u00e1l \u00edgy jelent\u0151sen magasabb lett ez\u00e9rt az enged\u00e9lyez\u00e9si iratokban a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 is szerepelt: “Az \u00e9p\u00fcletnek a szomsz\u00e9dos Erzs\u00e9bet krt. 15 sz. h\u00e1z fel\u0151l takaratlanul maradt t\u0171zfala megfelel\u0151 kik\u00e9pz\u00e9ssel d\u00edsz\u00edtend\u0151 \u00e9s ebben az \u00e1llapot\u00e1ban tartand\u00f3 fenn.”<\/em><\/p>\n

1915-ben nyitotta meg a f\u00f6ldszinten \u00e9tterm\u00e9t T\u0151k\u00e9s Lajos, akinek t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a J\u00f3zsef k\u00f6r\u00fat 85<\/a>-ben is volt egy darabig k\u00e1v\u00e9h\u00e1za. 1938-ban a Polg\u00e1ri S\u00f6r\u00f6z\u0151 \u00e9s B\u00fcf\u00e9 helyis\u00e9geit alak\u00edtott\u00e1k \u00e1t a korabeli tervek szerint.<\/p>\n
