A Ferenc k\u00f6r\u00fat Tompa utca sark\u00e1n l\u00e9v\u0151 eklektikus b\u00e9rh\u00e1zat Wellisch S\u00e1ndor \u00e9s Gyula tervezte, akik a nagyk\u00f6r\u00fat tov\u00e1bbi meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9ben valamint az Iparm\u0171v\u00e9szeti M\u00fazeum \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9ben is r\u00e9szt vettek. Eredetileg k\u00e9temeletesre \u00e9p\u00fclt, k\u00e9s\u0151bb n\u00e9gyemeletesre b\u0151v\u00edtett\u00e9k, a m\u00e1sodik \u00e9s a harmadik emelet k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a p\u00e1rk\u00e1ny el\u0151reugrik, ez tal\u00e1n utal\u00e1s \u00e9s k\u00e9s\u0151bbi r\u00e1\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sre. A k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 emeleten az ablakok k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 d\u00edsz\u00edt\u00e9st kaptak, az els\u0151 emeleten n\u00e9gyzetes z\u00e1r\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00faak, timpanonnal d\u00edsz\u00edtettek, amelyekben n\u0151alakokat helyeztek el, ezzel p\u00e1rban \u00e1ll a harmadik emelet ablaksora, mely szint\u00e9n n\u00e9gyzetes z\u00e1r\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00fa, ugyan itt nincsenek timpanonok v\u00e9gig, csak a lev\u00e1gott sarkon elhelyezett ablakon \u00e9s a k\u00e9t oldalt mellette lev\u0151k\u00f6n. A m\u00e1sodik emelet \u00edves z\u00e1r\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00fa ablakaira a negyedik emeletiek v\u00e1laszolnak. A harmadik \u00e9s negyedik emelet k\u00f6z\u00f6tt korinthoszi fejezetes pilasztereket l\u00e1thatunk. A felvon\u00f3t 1936-ban \u00e9p\u00edtett\u00e9k be. \u00a0A f\u00f6ldszinten \u00fczlethelys\u00e9geket alak\u00edtottak ki, ezeket 1930-ban \u00e9s 1936-ban \u00e1talak\u00edtott\u00e1k. Itt a h\u00e1z cs\u00edkos kv\u00e1derk\u00f6ves d\u00edsz\u00edt\u00e9st kapott.
\nAz \u00e9p\u00fclet sark\u00e1t lev\u00e1gt\u00e1k, \u00edgy szinte f\u0151homlokzatk\u00e9nt funkcion\u00e1l ez a falfel\u00fclet, itt az \u00e9p\u00fclet szalagd\u00edszekkel, lev\u00e9ld\u00edszekkel, csigavonalakkal, egy f\u00e9lk\u00f6r\u00edves vakablakban lev\u0151 mellszoborral d\u00edsz\u00edtet, itt l\u00e1thatjuk k\u00e9t kis putt\u00f3 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt az 1895-\u00f6s \u00e9vsz\u00e1mot, mely az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s \u00e9v\u00e9t jel\u00f6li.
