A Budapesti C\u00edm-\u00e9s Lak\u00e1sjegyz\u00e9k 1894-es kiad\u00e1s\u00e1ban m\u00e1r Braun J\u00f3zsef \u00e9s neje tulajdonak\u00e9nt szerepel, csak\u00fagy mint a 20-as, 22-es \u00e9s 34-es sz\u00e1m alatt l\u00e9v\u0151 \u00e9p\u00fclet. 1897-b\u0151l m\u00e1r fennmaradt olyan ad\u00e1sv\u00e9teli szerz\u0151d\u00e9s, amelyben az egyik f\u00e9l ezt jel\u00f6lte meg lakhely\u00e9\u00fcl.<\/p>\n<p>Kor\u00e1bban az 1860-as, 70-es \u00e9vekb\u0151l olyan tervek maradtak fenn, melyek m\u00e9g az el\u0151z\u0151 be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s, a Malom utca f\u00f6ldszintes h\u00e1zair\u00f3l sz\u00f3lnak (amelyek k\u00f6z\u00fcl az egyiket Hild K\u00e1roly \u00e9p\u00edtette). Maga az \u00e9p\u00fclet egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt eleg\u00e1ns, klasszicista kialak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00fa, minden bizonnyal ugyanaz a Hirsch J\u00f3zsef tervezhette, aki Braun sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a 34-es h\u00e1zsz\u00e1mon tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 b\u00e9rh\u00e1zat is.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0171r\u0171, kilenctengelyes homlokzat\u00e1n, a f\u00f6ldszint \u00e9s a m\u00e1sodik emelet felett h\u00faz\u00f3dik oszt\u00f3p\u00e1rk\u00e1ny, el\u0151bbi szintj\u00e9n jobbr\u00f3l-balr\u00f3l a m\u00e1sodik ablak el\u0151tt kis erk\u00e9ly tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3.
