A Nyugati t\u00e9r 9-et ugyanaz a Petschacher Guszt\u00e1v (B\u00e9cs, 1844. febr. 9. \u2013 Budapest, 1890. jan. 7.) tervezte, aki az Andr\u00e1ssy \u00fat t\u00f6bb \u00e9p\u00fclet\u00e9t, k\u00f6zt\u00fck a P\u00e1risi Nagy\u00e1ruh\u00e1z hely\u00e9n 1885-t\u0151l \u00e1ll\u00f3 Ter\u00e9zv\u00e1rosi Kaszin\u00f3t (h\u00e1ts\u00f3 traktusa, a Lotz-terem m\u00e9g ma is megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 az \u00e1ruh\u00e1zban) \u00e9s a Hark\u00e1nyi-palot\u00e1t is.[1<\/a>] Az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sz ezekn\u00e9l a projektekn\u00e9l \u00e9s a mai Nyugati t\u00e9r 9. eset\u00e9ben is sz\u00edvesen mer\u00edtett a renesz\u00e1nsz \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szeti formakincsb\u0151l, ezt \u00f6tv\u00f6zte a modern tervez\u0151i gondolkod\u00e1sm\u00f3ddal, elj\u00e1r\u00e1ssal. Mellszobra a Ter\u00e9z krt. 24-es sz\u00e1m\u00fa b\u00e9rh\u00e1zban tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 meg, amely 1889-ben \u00e9p\u00fclt.[2<\/a>]<\/p>\n
