Sv\u00e1jci \u00e1llampolg\u00e1rs\u00e1g\u00e1t Magyarorsz\u00e1gon is megtartotta.<\/p>\n<p>,Ezt a b\u00e9rh\u00e1zat szint\u00e9n Hubert J\u00f3zsef tervezte, akinek a Szent Istv\u00e1n k\u00f6r\u00fat 9. alatti \u00e9p\u00fcletet is k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhetj\u00fck. Ahhoz a b\u00e9rh\u00e1zhoz hasonl\u00f3an ehhez is 1897-ben ny\u00fajtott\u00e1k be az els\u0151 terveket, itt m\u00e9g egy\u00fctt felt\u00fcntetve a k\u00e9t \u00e9p\u00fclet alaprajzait, amelyeket 1898-ban k\u00fcl\u00f6n-k\u00fcl\u00f6n tervekben m\u00f3dos\u00edtottak. Az \u00e9p\u00fcletbe eredetileg k\u00e1v\u00e9h\u00e1zat \u00e9s k\u00e9t liftet is terveztek. A k\u00e1v\u00e9h\u00e1z hely\u00e9re k\u00e9s\u0151bb a Magyar \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Takar\u00e9kp\u00e9nzt\u00e1r egyik fi\u00f3kja ker\u00fclt. 1927-ben feny\u0151fa boltszak\u00fczletet alak\u00edtottak ki a f\u00f6ldszint egyik r\u00e9sz\u00e9n. 1933-t\u00f3l az ugyancsak s\u00f6rgy\u00e1ros Oettler csal\u00e1d tulajdon\u00e1t k\u00e9pezte a b\u00e9rh\u00e1z. A csal\u00e1d els\u0151sorban lak\u00e1sokat \u00e9rint\u0151 \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1sokat vittek v\u00e9ghez az \u00e9p\u00fcletben. 1947-t\u0151l a &#8220;MASZOVOL&#8221;, Magyar-Szovjet Nyersolaj Rt. sz\u00e9kh\u00e1zak\u00e9nt nevezt\u00e9k ki az \u00e9p\u00fcletet. K\u00e9s\u0151bb \u00fajb\u00f3l b\u00e9reltek benne lak\u00e1sokat is. 1993-t\u00f3l a f\u00f6ldszinten a KETEX Kft. \u00e9s az OMBKE, Orsz\u00e1gos Magyar B\u00e1ny\u00e1sz-Koh\u00e1sz Egyes\u00fclet klubj\u00e1t lehetett megtal\u00e1lni. 1997-ben melegkonyh\u00e1s s\u00f6r\u00f6z\u0151t alak\u00edtottak ki a f\u00f6ldszinten.<\/p>\n<p>Homlokzata hab\u00e1r sz\u00edneiben elt\u00e9r, de elrendez\u00e9sben majdnem teljesen megegyezik a 9. h\u00e1zzal.
