Az \u00e9p\u00fclet utc\u00e1ra n\u00e9z\u0151 f\u00f6ldszinti r\u00e9sz\u00e9t m\u00e1r eredetileg is boltoknak, illetve vend\u00e9gl\u0151nek sz\u00e1nt\u00e1k. A b\u00e9rh\u00e1zba m\u00e1r eredetileg is liftet terveztek be\u00e9p\u00edteni. Egy \u00e9vvel k\u00e9s\u0151bb, 1898-ban n\u00e9mileg m\u00f3dos\u00edtottak a terveken, de a v\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1sok els\u0151sorban a lak\u00e1sokat \u00e9rintett\u00e9k.<\/p>\n<p>,A Szt.
