Bruckner Antaln\u00e9 adott megb\u00edz\u00e1st Hofhauser Elek \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151mesternek, akinek a nev\u00e9hez sz\u00e1mos v\u00e1rbeli \u00e9p\u00fclet \u00e1t\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se, a Szil\u00e1gyi Dezs\u0151 t\u00e9ren \u00e1ll\u00f3 Biscara-b\u00e9rpalota, valamint t\u00f6bb pesti b\u00e9rh\u00e1z tervez\u00e9se f\u0171z\u0151dik. 1892 \u00e1prilis\u00e1ban a Batthy\u00e1ny utca \u00e9s a Kap\u00e1s utca sark\u00e1n \u00e1ll\u00f3, L alak\u00fa, egyemeletes \u00e9p\u00fclet tervei k\u00e9sz\u00fcltek el, majd n\u00e9h\u00e1ny h\u00f3nappal k\u00e9s\u0151bb az ehhez szervesen csatlakoz\u00f3, szint\u00e9n L alaprajz\u00fa, azonban a terepviszonyok miatt m\u00e1r k\u00e9temeletes sz\u00e1rny\u00e9 a Kap\u00e1s utca \u00e9s a Csalog\u00e1ny utca sark\u00e1n. A pinc\u00e9ben egy lak\u00e1s, valamint f\u00e1skamr\u00e1k, m\u0171hely, rakt\u00e1r, mos\u00f3konyha kaptak helyet, m\u00edg a f\u00f6ldszinten \u00e9s az emeleten (illetve emeleteken) egy-, k\u00e9t- \u00e9s h\u00e1romszob\u00e1s lak\u00e1sokat alak\u00edtottak ki (a nagyobbak f\u00fcrd\u0151szob\u00e1val is rendelkeztek). M\u0171hely\u00e9t hal\u00e1la ut\u00e1n Farner Istv\u00e1n vette \u00e1t. Az apr\u00f3hirdet\u00e9sek tan\u00fas\u00e1ga szerint a Csalog\u00e1ny utc\u00e1r\u00f3l ny\u00edlt a Z\u00e1dor-f\u00e9le pap\u00edrkeresked\u00e9s.
