Ugyanezen \u00e9v okt\u00f3ber\u00e9ben ismeretlen okokb\u00f3l \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szt v\u00e1ltottak a megb\u00edz\u00f3k, \u00e9s Sipos Ferenccel k\u00e9sz\u00edttett\u00e9k el a h\u00e1z m\u00f3dos\u00edtott terveit. Ez ut\u00f3bbiak f\u0151k\u00e9nt r\u00e9szletess\u00e9gben t\u00e9rnek el az els\u0151 rajzokt\u00f3l, illetve a Logodi utca fel\u00e9 n\u00e9z\u0151 z\u00e1rterk\u00e9lyek hozz\u00e1ad\u00e1s\u00e1val. Szignifik\u00e1ns v\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1sokat a lak\u00e1skioszt\u00e1sban nem nagyon vehet\u00fcnk \u00e9szre: az Attila \u00fatra emeletenk\u00e9nt k\u00e9t lak\u00e1s n\u00e9zett, 3 illetve 4 szob\u00e1val; az udvari lak\u00e1sok 2 illetve 3 szob\u00e1sak voltak; a Logodi utca f\u00f6ldszintj\u00e9t egy k\u00e9t- \u00e9s egy h\u00e1romszob\u00e1s, az els\u0151-m\u00e1sodik emeletet egy-egy n\u00e9gyszob\u00e1s, a harmadik szintet pedig k\u00e9t h\u00e1romszob\u00e1s lak\u00e1s foglalta el. Ahogy az a korban szok\u00e1sos volt, a legfels\u0151 szinten m\u0171termeket nyitottak: k\u00e9t kisebb n\u00e9zett ezek k\u00f6z\u00fcl a V\u00e9rmez\u0151re, egy nagyobb pedig az udvar fel\u00e9. Eleg\u00e1ns polg\u00e1ri lak\u00e1sokat alak\u00edtottak teh\u00e1t ki: ebben az id\u0151szakban m\u00e1r alapvet\u0151 elv\u00e1r\u00e1s volt a f\u00fcrd\u0151szoba megl\u00e9te, a h\u00e1rom szob\u00e1n\u00e1l nagyobbakban pedig szinte mindenhol volt csel\u00e9dszoba. A f\u00f6ldszinten, a mell\u00e9kl\u00e9pcs\u0151h\u00e1z m\u00f6g\u00f6tt volt a csel\u00e9df\u00fcrd\u0151: ezzel a kis helyis\u00e9ggel viszonylag kev\u00e9s h\u00e1zban tal\u00e1lkozunk, \u00e9s ugyan eredetileg itt is szoba-konyh\u00e1s lak\u00e1s szerepelt a terveken, a hat\u00f3s\u00e1gok ezt jav\u00edtott\u00e1k.A szocializmus alatt term\u00e9szetesen itt is t\u00f6rt\u00e9ntek lak\u00e1smegoszt\u00e1sok, \u00e9s mindk\u00e9t homlokzat jelent\u0151s v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokon esett \u00e1t az eredeti tervekhez k\u00e9pest, de mark\u00e1ns t\u00f6megalak\u00edt\u00e1sa a mai napig eml\u00e9kezetess\u00e9 teszi a h\u00e1zat.[1]<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9p\u00edttet\u0151i k\u00f6z\u00fcl Hal\u00e1sz B\u00e9l\u00e1r\u00f3l \u2013 aki egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt bankhivatalnokk\u00e9nt dolgozott a Magyar Agr\u00e1r \u00e9s J\u00e1rad\u00e9kbank R\u00e9szv\u00e9nyt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gn\u00e1l \u2013 \u00e1rulnak el t\u00f6bbet a forr\u00e1sok, \u00e9s h\u00edres Pest megyei birtokos csal\u00e1d sarjak\u00e9nt ebben nincs is semmi meglep\u0151. A Hal\u00e1sz-csal\u00e1dnak Dabas k\u00f6rny\u00e9k\u00e9n, illetve Kom\u00e1rom megy\u00e9ben voltak kiterjedt birtokai. A fam\u00edli\u00e1b\u00f3l olyan jelent\u0151s szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9gek ker\u00fcltek ki mint Dr. Hal\u00e1sz G\u00e9za, a kolera \u00e9s a \u201emellbetegs\u00e9gek\u201d kiemelked\u0151 kutat\u00f3ja, vagy Hal\u00e1sz Boldizs\u00e1r, aki a Kossuth-csal\u00e1d Dabasra k\u00f6lt\u00f6ztet\u00e9s\u00e9ben j\u00e1tszott szerepet a szabads\u00e1gharc ut\u00e1n.
