A 21. sz\u00e1m\u00fa h\u00e1z t\u00e1bl\u00e1ja szerint &#8220;\u00e9p\u00fclt 1914 \u00e9vben&#8221;, az utols\u00f3 pillanatban, m\u00e9g miel\u0151tt elkezd\u0151d\u00f6tt volna a gazdas\u00e1gi recesszi\u00f3. Az els\u0151 vil\u00e1gh\u00e1bor\u00fa alatt n\u00e9h\u00e1ny kiemelked\u0151 \u00e9p\u00fclet (mint pl. az Adria Biztos\u00edt\u00f3 Palot\u00e1ja az Erzs\u00e9bet t\u00e9ren) \u00e9s kev\u00e9s lak\u00f3h\u00e1z kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel alig folyt \u00e9p\u00edtkez\u00e9s. Az ipari termel\u00e9s cs\u00f6kken\u00e9s\u00e9vel elapadtak az \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151anyag forr\u00e1sok, \u00e9s m\u00e9g a b\u00e9kek\u00f6t\u00e9s ut\u00e1n is \u00e9vekig tartott, am\u00edg a dolgok visszat\u00e9rtek a rendes ker\u00e9kv\u00e1g\u00e1sba. A h\u00e1zaknak a Naphegy utc\u00e1val p\u00e1rhuzamos Lisznyai utc\u00e1r\u00f3l is van bej\u00e1ratuk, a l\u00e9pcs\u0151h\u00e1zakat pedig a telek k\u00f6zep\u00e9re, a k\u00e9t utcai traktus k\u00f6z\u00e9 tette az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sz. N\u00e9meth L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Lip\u00f3tr\u00f3l nem sok inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 maradt fent, de azt tudjuk, hogy 1903-ban v\u00e9gzett \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151mesterk\u00e9nt Budapesten, \u00e9s az akkori Attila k\u00f6r\u00faton, a R\u00e1day \u00e9s a Kert\u00e9sz utc\u00e1ban is tervezett b\u00e9rh\u00e1zakat. Az \u00e9p\u00fclet eredeti tervei nem ker\u00fcltek el\u0151, csak egy 1914-es helysz\u00ednrajz t\u00e1masztja al\u00e1 az \u00e9p\u00edtkez\u00e9s megkezd\u00e9s\u00e9t, valamint az, hogy a F\u0151v\u00e1rosi K\u00f6zl\u00f6ny szerint 1914-ben N\u00e9meth Ben\u0151 enged\u00e9lyt kapott lift\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sre a h\u00e1zban. A tulajdoni lap szerint a m\u00e1sik h\u00e1rom h\u00e1zhoz hasonl\u00f3an ez is a N\u00e9meth csal\u00e1d tulajdon\u00e1ba ker\u00fclt 1914-ben. A Budapesti C\u00edm- \u00e9s Lak\u00e1sjegyz\u00e9k szerint pedig 1916-ban a Naphegy utca 17. (Lisznyay utca 14.) telke, illetve a rajta \u00e1ll\u00f3 \u00e9p\u00fclet Dr. N\u00e9meth B\u00e9la \u00e9s Ben\u0151 nev\u00e9n volt. A Naphegy utca 21. alatti \u00e9p\u00fclethez hasonl\u00f3an ez is sz\u00e9lesebb \u00e9s reprezentat\u00edvabb, mint a m\u00e1sik k\u00e9t h\u00e1z (Naphegy 15. \u00e9s 17.), ezekben van lift, \u00e9s itt egy szinten vannak a k\u00e9t traktus lak\u00e1sai. Mindk\u00e9t \u00e9p\u00fcletben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 m\u0171teremlak\u00e1s, melyet eredeti t\u00e1bla jelez. A homlokzat v\u00e1ltozatosabb, a k\u00f6z\u00e9ps\u0151 r\u00e9sz kiugrik az els\u0151 szint f\u00f6l\u00f6tt, ezt fent d\u00edszes mellv\u00e9d z\u00e1rja. A n\u00e9gy h\u00e1z k\u00f6z\u00fcl egyed\u00fcl a 19. homlokzat\u00e1n nincs t\u00e1bla az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sz nev\u00e9vel. Ez az \u00e9p\u00fclet is megs\u00e9r\u00fclt a 2. vil\u00e1gh\u00e1bor\u00fa alatt. A h\u00e1zban lakott Bal\u00e1zs B\u00e9la, napl\u00f3ja szerint 1915-ben k\u00f6lt\u00f6z\u00f6tt be, \u00e9s le is rajzolta szob\u00e1ja berendez\u00e9s\u00e9t.
