Azonban a filox\u00e9ra j\u00e1rv\u00e1ny sajnos itt is minden sz\u0151l\u0151fajt\u00e1t kipuszt\u00edtott az 1870-es \u00e9vekben.<br \/>\nAz 1910-es \u00e9vekben kezd\u0151dtek a h\u00e1z\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sek, melynek egyik els\u0151 p\u00e9ld\u00e1ja a Bakator u. 16. Az utca maga 1914-t\u0151l viseli ezt a nevet, a bakator egyike a legkiv\u00e1l\u00f3bb magyar sz\u0151l\u0151fajt\u00e1knak.<\/p>\n<p>Az emeletes villa 1914-ben, Dr. Szab\u00f3 Albert kir. k\u00f6zjegyz\u0151 megrendel\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9p\u00fclt. L\u00e1nya, Szab\u00f3 Judit lett k\u00e9s\u0151bb a h\u00e1z \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6se, akit Entz Ferenc vett feles\u00e9g\u00fcl. Az \u00e9p\u00fclet megs\u00ednylette a h\u00e1bor\u00fat, a fels\u0151 r\u00e9szt el kellett adni, \u00edgy ker\u00fclt a Kar\u00e1tson csal\u00e1d tulajdon\u00e1ba. 1952-ben \u00e1llamos\u00edtott\u00e1k, \u00e9s az akkori t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyeknek megfelel\u0151en mind a k\u00e9t lak\u00e1sban kiadtak egy-egy szob\u00e1t alb\u00e9rletbe, de ez \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes alapon ment, hogy ne k\u00f6lt\u00f6ztessenek be idegeneket. Az Entz \u00e9s a Kar\u00e1tson csal\u00e1d mellett ma m\u00e1r m\u00e1sok is \u00e9lnek a kib\u0151v\u00edtett villa h\u00e9t lak\u00e1s\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n<p>Tal\u00e1n sokaknak ismer\u0151sen cseng, ha meghallj\u00e1k az Entz nevet. A csal\u00e1d tagjai term\u00e9szettud\u00f3s\u00f3k, orvosok, m\u0171v\u00e9szett\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u00e9szek, mint dr.
