A Rom\u00e1n fiv\u00e9rek ebben az id\u0151ben meglehet\u0151sen sok megb\u00edz\u00e1st kaptak, kedvelt \u00e9s megbecs\u00fclt \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szei voltak a korabeli budapesti beruh\u00e1z\u00f3knak. Saj\u00e1tos st\u00edlusukban a k\u00e9s\u0151-szecesszi\u00f3 elemei keverednek az \u00faj ir\u00e1nyzatok form\u00e1ival, \u00e9p\u00fcleteikre jellemz\u0151ek a n\u00e9pi-szecesszi\u00f3 mot\u00edvumkincs\u00e9nek gyakori haszn\u00e1lata.<\/p>\n<p>A F\u0151v\u00e1rosi H\u00e1z\u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u0151 Rt megb\u00edz\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l a Rom\u00e1n fiv\u00e9rek egy 870 n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9ter alapter\u00fclet\u0171 sarokh\u00e1zat terveztek, 3 emelettel, 2 l\u00e9pcs\u0151h\u00e1zzal a n\u00e9pies szecesszi\u00f3 jegy\u00e9ben. Az els\u0151 tervek egy dekorat\u00edv homlokzat\u00fa b\u00e9rh\u00e1z tervei voltak. F\u00f6ldszintj\u00e9n \u00fczlethelyis\u00e9gek kaptak helyet, els\u0151 \u00e9s m\u00e1sodik emelet\u00e9t f\u00e9lk\u00f6r\u00edves z\u00e1r\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00fa ablakok d\u00edsz\u00edtett\u00e9k, harmadik emelet\u00e9n egyenes z\u00e1r\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00fa ablakok sora futott v\u00e9gig. A terveket nem sokkal ezut\u00e1n 1915-ben m\u00f3dos\u00edtott\u00e1k, ekkor nyerte el az \u00e9p\u00fclet mai visszafogottabb, geometrikusabb homlokzatform\u00e1j\u00e1t. A h\u00e1romemeletes lak\u00f3h\u00e1z B\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9nyi \u00fatra n\u00e9z\u0151 homlokzata 7 tengelyes, m\u00edg a Kir\u00e1lyh\u00e1g\u00f3 t\u00e9r fel\u0151li frontja 8 tengelyre tagol\u00f3dik. Magasf\u00f6ldszintes, z\u00e1rt udvarral, \u00e9s f\u00fcgg\u0151folyos\u00f3val ell\u00e1tott \u00e9p\u00fclet. Pinc\u00e9ben a f\u00f6ldszinti \u00fczlethelyis\u00e9gek rakt\u00e1rai mellett a lak\u00f3k pincerekeszei kaptak helyet. A f\u00f6ldszinten \u00fczlethelyis\u00e9geket alak\u00edtottak ki. Els\u0151 h\u00e1rom emelet utcafrontra n\u00e9z\u0151, 2 szob\u00e1s lak\u00e1saihoz kiv\u00e9tel n\u00e9lk\u00fcl csel\u00e9dszoba kapcsol\u00f3dott. A padl\u00e1st\u00e9ren mos\u00f3konyha \u00e9s m\u00e1ngorl\u00f3 volt.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e1sodik vil\u00e1gh\u00e1bor\u00fa sor\u00e1n bombatal\u00e1lat \u00e9rte az \u00e9p\u00fcletet mely megrong\u00e1lta a tet\u0151szerkezet\u00e9t, illetve B\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9nyi \u00fatra n\u00e9z\u0151 homlokzati f\u0151fal\u00e1t kid\u00f6nt\u00f6tte. Az eredeti 1915-\u00f6s tervek nyom\u00e1n 1947-ben \u00e1ll\u00edtott\u00e1k helyre.
