This building is a big survivor: it shows traces of Neo-Renaissance as well as the K\u00e1d\u00e1r era architecture, it preserved the atmosphere of Neo-Baroque style and that of the socialist times. In this house have lived, among others, Tam\u00e1s P\u00e9chy, president of the House of Representatives (1880\u20131893), and \u00c1rp\u00e1d P\u00e1sztor (\u00c1rp\u00e1d Pikler) writer, translator (1877-1940).
