As a result of the construction works, the single-storey houses of Ter\u00e9zv\u00e1ros were replaced by historicising tenement houses; the block of buildings known as \u201cSeven parcels\u201d, built by Mikl\u00f3s Ybl and Emil Unger was among the first ones. Due to their uniform fa\u00e7ades, the seven buildings seem like one.
