It was designed by Adolf Feszty, brother of the famous Hungarian painter \u00c1rp\u00e1d Feszty. An illustrious resident of the house was K\u00e1roly E\u00f6tv\u00f6s, known by his contemporaries, at the end of the 1800s, as one of the most influential public personalities of his time.
