At the time when it was built, this place still might have had a flair of the outskirts. The cast iron pillars and balusters were probably made in the iron foundry owned by the developer\u2019s younger brother, Antal Oetl. The house remained in the ownership of the Oetl family until it was socialized after the Second World War.
