In 1906, the street-side wing was modernised in the Art Nouveau style and two storeys were added to it, commissioned by Vilmos Mannheimer and designed by Mih\u00e1ly Jesovits. The windows of the studio apartments on the top floor, the tiled fa\u00e7ade and the floral motifs create an exciting contrast with the interior.
