Elismert Nyugd\u00edjp\u00e9nzt\u00e1ra megb\u00edz\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l. Az \u00e9p\u00fclet eredetileg a mellette l\u00e9v\u0151 XVIII. sz\u00e1zadi templomhoz csatlakozva \u00e9p\u00fclt. Ezeket a terveket v\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl el is fogadt\u00e1k, a kivitelez\u00e9ssel pedig megb\u00edzt\u00e1k Nagy J\u00f3zsefet. \u00cdgy nem sokkal k\u00e9s\u0151bb, 1938-ra meg is \u00e9p\u00fclhetett az impoz\u00e1ns g\u00f6r\u00f6g-keleti templom mellett ez a vasbeton v\u00e1zas modern ingatlan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00e9p\u00fclet k\u00fcls\u0151 homlokzata egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt letisztult, egy kisebb sz\u00e1rnnyal -h\u00e9t emeletesb\u0151l h\u00e1rom emeletesre v\u00e1lt- csatlakozik a mellette \u00e1ll\u00f3 templomhoz. F\u0151homlokzata a Duna fel\u00e9 n\u00e9z, a k\u00f6z\u00e9pr\u00e9sz kiss\u00e9 kiugrik. Az erk\u00e9lyek dinamikus sorban k\u00f6vetik egym\u00e1st, alul \u00e9s f\u00f6l\u00fcl pedig egy-egy hosszabb, egym\u00e1shoz csatlakoz\u00f3 erk\u00e9ly keretezi az \u00e9p\u00fcletet. Az erk\u00e9lyek korl\u00e1tai egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt a terveken romantikusabb, d\u00edszesebb form\u00e1ban mutatkoznak meg, mint ahogyan megval\u00f3sultak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A h\u00e1z k\u00fcl\u00f6nlegess\u00e9ge a m\u00e1rv\u00e1nyburkolat\u00fa kupol\u00e1s el\u0151csarnok, illetve az \u00edves l\u00e9pcs\u0151r\u00e9sz, amin m\u00e1r az Olgyai-testv\u00e9rek is dolgoztak. A kupola k\u00f6r \u00fcveglapokon \u00e1t engedi be a f\u00e9nyt az \u00e9p\u00fcletbe, nagyon el\u0151kel\u0151 atmoszf\u00e9r\u00e1t teremtve. Az el\u0151csarnokon k\u00edv\u00fcl a f\u00f6ldszinten helyet kaptak m\u00e9g \u00fczletek, amik mind magas kivitelben k\u00e9sz\u00fcltek, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a Berger Lak\u00e1sberendez\u0151 v\u00e1llalat helyis\u00e9ge faburkolat\u00fa mennyezetet kapott. Mellette itt volt m\u00e9g a Fenyves \u00e9s Fodor \u00e9kszer\u00fczlet, \u00e9s nagyszab\u00e1s\u00fa beruh\u00e1z\u00e1s t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt az \u00f6t\u00f6s sz\u00e1mmal jel\u00f6lt \u00fczlethelyis\u00e9gben, ehhez a terveket Juh\u00e1sz J\u00f3zsef k\u00e9sz\u00edtette, a m\u0171asztalos pedig Panucza Gy\u00f6rgy volt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az emeleteken ahogyan ma is lak\u00e1sok foglaltak helyet, ezek k\u00f6z\u00fcl p\u00e1r tulajdonlapja is megmaradt, amik arr\u00f3l tan\u00faskodnak, hogy legink\u00e1bb tehet\u0151s polg\u00e1rok, f\u0151k\u00e9nt orvos-\u00e9s jog\u00e1szcsal\u00e1dok birtokoltak ingatlant az \u00e9p\u00fcletben.
