The building used to house the iconic restaurants of the neighborhood (Four Seasons, Amber, Ketter) \u2013 the Bukarest restaurant, built on the former garden, is now a bank branch. The ground floor of the building used to be the home of Bukarest Espresso &amp; Drinkbar, then a nightclub called Night Oil in the 1990s, and now a drugstore.
