    Data and description

The nine-floor block of flats was handed over in 1975 in what was then Latinka Sándor Street, and the move-in of the tenants was reported in the contemporary women’s magazine. The house was once occupied by László Sólyom, later President of the Republic, musicologist János Maróthy, rock guitarist Zoltán Maróthy, conductor Gergely Kesselyák, writer György Berkovits, graphic artist Rita Kesselyák and musician Zoltán Ambrus. In 1976, some scenes of the comedy series “Robog az úthengerger” were filmed here.
