This spring marks the 15th edition of Budapest100, with this year’s theme focusing on the importance of showcasing, preserving, and developing urban green spaces through the active involvement of residential communities. In this spirit, the event’s organizer, the Contemporary Architecture Centre (KÉK), is launching a call for applications for Budapest-based residential communities to green their inner courtyards, corridors, or rooftop terraces — contributing to a more sustainable, friendly, and livable Budapest.
With the greening grant, we aim to provide an opportunity for residential buildings in Budapest to transform the appearance of their living environment through community collaboration and to create new, high-quality communal spaces that contribute to their everyday well-being.
