    Data and description

Mihály Wind, a master carpenter, was lucky that his son was studying to be a master builder, so he entrusted him with the construction of his house. The small but elaborately sculpted façade of the building has been restored to its original size, after the rehabilitation of central Ferencváros has freed it from its later additions. In the mid-1900s, Miklós Berkes lived here, a successful orchestra leader who had already toured New York and St. Moritz.
