    Data and description

The eight-floor building on the corner of Bartók Béla and Lágymányosi Streets was finished in 1972. Lottery winners were given apartments on the top floor. The building used to house the iconic restaurants of the neighborhood (Four Seasons, Amber, Ketter) – the Bukarest restaurant, built on the former garden, is now a bank branch. The ground floor of the building used to be the home of Bukarest Espresso & Drinkbar, then a nightclub called Night Oil in the 1990s, and now a drugstore. The rooftop offers a panoramic view from the Buda Hills to South Pest
