The house which moves you the moment you see it. Captivating milieu, lush inner garden, special atmosphere, heart-warming. This is a place to come and recharge after a hectic weekday. The actress Erzsi Palotai and literaryture historian Aladár Komlós moved in to the fourth floor of the building after the war. A BM kindergarten, an arch supporter factory was also located here, in the courtyard of the house there was a well-tended garden with a fountain. Today statues adorn the green oasis, which even has a carpentry workshop hidden next to it..
