The six-storey tenement house built in neo-barouque style has two individual stairways; between the first and the second floors, in individual ornate wall niches there are almost man-sized puttos. One of the residents of number 40 was Imre Antal, Erkel Ferenc Award-winner Hungarian pianist, television personality. Resident living under number 42, among others, was Aurél Liffa, Hungarian geologist, mineralogist and discoverer of kaolin in Hungary.
