Data and description
A unique Zsolnay ceramic-clad condominium in the heart of the Víziváros district was designed by the Ybl Prize-winning architect Ágnes Kökény. It was built under the supervision of Ferenc Bolváry, the architectural engineer of the State Construction Company of Szolnok, who lived in the house with his family from the very beginning. The building stands next to the former factory of Ábrahám Ganz, where his foundry was still running in the 1960s.
