Data and description
[:huworks were finished in 1914. There are relatively few buildings designed by Waczula, due to the fact that after World War I, he changed his profession and ventured in training police dogs. On the ground floor, alongside Tompa utca, a grocery store and the flat of the store’s owner were located. The modest facade with a giant order is designed in late art nouveau style, it is nicely renovated. Also in the inside of the building, several other structures have been preserved, including the attic.
