    Data and description

The imposing apartment building of Eclectic style was built on a rectangle-shaped parcel. It has two entrances, one from Lázár Street and one from Ó Street. Its stuccos and rosettes have been removed over the course of the years; today, its inner spaces are of minimalist style. At the end of the 19th century, the Young Tradesmen Association for Self-Learning and the Ferenc Deák Charity Association had their premises here; their members regularly organised balls here.
