Losonci tér [Práter utca 56.] lakóház

The construction of the tower blocks started with the three houses on Tömő Street in 1970, and continued with the three further buildings here. These 16-floor, 192-apartment high-rise buildings are not panel but mixed-technology: the façade is prefabricated bark panels, the supporting structure and partitions are made of on-site concrete. On the ground floor are the studios of 11_11. The Foundation is promoting the cultural reuse of vacant non-residential municipal properties as part of an urban development project.
