    The ‘black sheep’ of Szent István Square, the former Dollárház (Dollar House), an eight-floor building, has been standing next to the Basilica since October 1970. This is where graphic designer Gyula Hincz bought an apartment, which he converted into a studio before moving in. The building’s residents have been affected by traumatic experiences as the noisy construction of the six-level underground car park beneath the square, but in 1995, but they were also able to admire Madonna from the windows when she was filming scenes for the movie ‘Evita’.
