Designed by József Klinger and finished in 1913, this upscale inner city residential building is characterised by a blend of art nouveau and art deco styles. The top floor of the building was used for several years by the owner, a wealthy manufacturer. The coloured windows and reliefs of the foyer evoke the elevated atmosphere of churches.
