Until construction began, the workshop of the Uhry Car Body Factory stood here, which became known for its buses. The house, built in Art Nouveau style, was covered with rich stucco decorations, some of which can still be seen. During World War 2, it was a Yellow-star house. Among the famous residents of the house we find István Gádor, who is considered to be the creator of modern Hungarian ceramics.
