    Data and description

In the gateway of the house, which is decorated with Zsolnay tiles, the number 1910 refers to the year when the building was given a new coating in art nouveau style, according to the plans of Lajos Schodits. In some of the windows that were left unaltered during these works, we can still see the original, 150 years old window frames. Textile and fashion designer Lívia Droppa was a resident of the building. In one of the shops, instrument maker and repairman Antal Arzt has worked for more than six decades.
